Grinding Mill

OPERATION OF THE MILL
  1. Starting of the Mill Before starting the Mill with the required Power, it is to be checked that the grinding plates are sufficiently in a distance, so that they don't rub against each other. Adjust the plates with the help of the regulating wheel , and start feeding the material into the Mill and then adjust the plates to get the required grinded sample.

  2. Regulating Wheel is for adjusting the distance between the plates to get the right finished material. The setting of the material required is made by turning the Wheel a few notches either way and then station it by the click.

  3. Feed control Screw is for regulating the flow of the material by adjusting the screw for the correct angle of the feed shoe. The grinded material, is proportionate to the rate at which the material is being fed between the Grinding plates. If you require a finely grinded material constant low feeding rate should be set. If it is required to
Stop the flow of the material, the feed control screw can be tightened to hold in a position stopping the flow.

  4. Dry & Wet grinding on starting the. Mill the regulating wheel is to be adjusted by 2 or 3 notches and the material is fed to the Plates, With the help of the Feed control screw the required finished material is then obtained. If the finished material is still not fine enough , then adjust the Regulating wheel further 2 or 3 notches.
